- Each additional participant +$15
- Beaded Bracelets (Cost per participant) +$5
$15 per additional guest (max 20 kids total). $100 deposit due at time of booking. Balance due by the day of the party.
To ensure the best experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that any changes to your birthday party reservation be made at least one week (7 days) prior to your scheduled event.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your party, please notify us at least one week in advance. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable and will be retained to cover administrative and planning costs.
Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your party and provide at least one week’s notice, we’re happy to apply your original deposit to a new date (subject to availability).
Changes made with less than one week’s notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Weather or Emergency Cancellations:
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. In the event of severe weather or personal emergencies, we will do our best to reschedule your party and apply your deposit to a future date. These will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
