

The Mini Trailblazers package takes place in our cozy and colorful Mini Trailblazers Room (Room 3), perfect for small, intimate celebrations. This is a charming space featuring an interactive ball wall to keep little ones engaged, plus a quartz countertop with sink for easy setup of food and gifts. Enjoy 1.5 hours of exclusive use of this room for a magical birthday experience!
Package Includes:
- 15 Children
- 15 Adults
- Each child will receive 1 slice of pizza and 1 juice box
- 1 friendly party host to handle setup, supervision, and cleanup
- Birthday party tableware
- Access to our main play space (this is a shared play space)
- Includes 1 complimentary open play pass for the birthday child for a future visit (pass must be used within 30 days of the party date)
- Parents of the birthday child can arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time for set-up

Babies 6 months and under are complimentary and do not count toward the total headcount for birthday parties.

🗓️ Booking & Deposit & Gratuity
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date and time.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before the event.
Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Dates are only secured once the deposit is received.
A security deposit of $400 will be collected to cover potential damages, overtime, or additional guests. This deposit will be fully refunded within one week after the party, provided no extra charges apply.
A 10% gratuity will automatically be added to the total for our team.
Sales tax will be added to the total party package.
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Zelle or ACH transfer.
All party package prices are non-negotiable, as they reflect the quality of service we provide, the dedication of our team, and the operating costs involved in delivering the best experience possible for your family.
🔁 Changes to Your Booking
You may reschedule your party one time with no penalty if the request is made at least 14 days in advance.
Changes made less than 14 days before the scheduled party may incur a $150 rescheduling fee, subject to availability.
Theme requests, guest count adjustments, or add-ons must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event.
❌ Cancellation Policy
The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
If you cancel more than 14 days before your party date, any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be refunded.
If you cancel within 14 days, the full amount paid is non-refundable, but we’ll offer one-time rescheduling within 14 days based on availability.
No-shows or cancellations within 7 days of the party date are non-refundable and not eligible for rescheduling.
Rescheduling due to the birthday child’s illness requires a medical note and will be eligible for rescheduling only — not for cancellation or refund.
📋 Waiver
Each guest must sign the waiver in order to enter Jetsetter Kids Club.
Please provide us with all guests’ emails less than 14 days before the party so we can send them a reminder.
👥 Guest Count & Limits
Each party package includes a set number of children and adults. See package details for limits.
Additional guests must be added and paid for in advance.
We may not be able to accommodate last-minute additions due to space and staffing.
Maximum guest limits are strictly enforced for safety and comfort.
🎈 Decorations & Food Policies
Jetsetter provides tableware, pizza and juice for kids based on your selected package.
Outside food and drink are not permitted for children unless arranged in advance for allergy or religious reasons.
Adult food packages are available for an additional charge. No outside catering for adults, please.
You may bring your own cake.
Custom décor and balloon arches must be coordinated with our team in advance.
No confetti, glitter, or wall attachments with tape/push pins are allowed.
👟 Play & Safety Rules
Grip socks are required for all children and adults in the play areas.
No shoes allowed inside the play space.
Adult supervision is required in all play areas.
Our staff will assist but are not responsible for individual child supervision.
Any behavior that puts children at risk or damages the facility may result in immediate termination of the party without refund.
Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Any damage to the facility or equipment will be charged to the client.
Guests must adhere to all safety instructions provided by Jetsetter Kids Club staff.

Jetsetter may take candid photos of the event for promotional purposes.
