

A hands-on, reflective professional development experience for early childhood educators, caregivers, or teaching teams. Participants will explore the foundations of process art, experiment with sensory materials, and gain practical tools to create meaningful art experiences that foster creativity, confidence, and connection in young children.

Invoices
Light + Love Arts will invoice the Client according to the agreed payment schedule. The Client agrees to pay all invoices by the specified due dates. Unpaid or overdue invoices may result in suspension or cancellation of the event.
Cancellation + Rescheduling
All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited if the event is cancelled. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled event, subject to availability.
In the event of inclement weather, Light + Love Arts will contact the Client to arrange a new date.
Day of Event Guidelines
Light + Love Arts staff will arrive 30–60 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to set up. Guests should not begin projects until the scheduled start time.
The Client agrees to:
Ensure that the event capacity is not exceeded.
Support the studio culture of being Kind, Safe, and Brave, encouraging guests to respect materials, space, and one another.
Accept responsibility for guest behavior and any damages caused by participants.
A fee of $50 per additional 30 minutes will apply if the event exceeds the agreed-upon time limit.
Assumption of Risk + Liability
By hosting a Special Event or Birthday Party with Light + Love Arts, the Client acknowledges and accepts the inherent risks associated with art-making and sensory play activities. The Client assumes responsibility for communicating all studio guidelines and safety expectations to their guests.
The Client further agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Light + Love Arts, LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any claims, injuries, or damages that may arise from participation by the Client or their guests, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Inclusivity Policy
At Light + Love Arts, we embrace diversity and inclusivity. We unequivocally stand against discrimination, fostering a welcoming space for everyone, including members of the LGBTQ+ community.
In the event of any discriminatory behavior, Light + Love Arts reserves the right to end the event early. In such cases, the Client’s deposit will be donated to The Trevor Project.
Photos
Process photos may be taken for promotional use by Light + Love Arts. A Special Event Photo Album will be shared with the Client following the event if applicable.
