🎉 Slimeology Party Package Policy

Deposit & Payment
A minimum $200 deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another available date with at least 7 days’ notice.
The remaining party balance is due 24 hours prior to the event.
Parties not paid in full by the deadline may be subject to cancellation.

🎈 Guest Count Policy
Party packages include a set number of guests.
Final guest count must be confirmed 24 hours prior to the event.
Additional guests may be added for an extra fee, subject to availability.
No refunds are given for no-shows or last-minute guest reductions.

⏰ Arrival & Party Timing
Parties begin and end at the scheduled time.
We recommend the host arriving 20 minutes early to allow for set up.
Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time to stay on schedule for other parties.

🎂 Food, Cake & Outside Items
Birthday cake or cupcakes are welcome.
Please check with your local studio regarding outside food, decorations, or themed items.

🧼 Slime Safety & Behavior
Slimeology provides aprons and guidance for safe slime play.
Guests are expected to follow staff instructions to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.

👨‍👩‍👧 Adult Supervision
At least one adult host must remain onsite for the duration of the party.
Parents/guardians are responsible for guest behavior. Parents of slimeologists welcome!

📸 Photos & Media
Slimeology may take photos or short videos during the party for marketing purposes.
If you prefer your child not be photographed, please notify us in advance.

🌧 Cancellations & Studio Closures
In the rare event the studio must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or full refund.
